We have an amazing youth group here at Trinity, led by our Child and Youth Leader, Aidan! Our group meets once a month for exciting activities, providing a fun and welcoming space for young people to connect, grow, and build lasting friendships.

From festive celebrations like our Halloween Party, Board Game Night, and Christmas Party, to unique opportunities for spiritual growth, our events are always filled with energy. 

This past summer, we had the incredible opportunity to participate in Rendezvous at Brock University. From July 3-7, over 450 youth, young adults, and leaders from across Canada gathered under the theme “Audacious Hope” (2 Corinthians 3:12). The event featured inspiring speakers, dynamic worship led by Adele Halliday and Mitchell Anderson, and engaging workshops hosted by United Church and Presbyterian Church leaders. Participants also enjoyed exciting activities like laser tag, face painting, and a silent dance party.

This winter, our youth also attended Worshiplude in Ottawa, an event hosted by the Eastern Ontario Outaouais Region of the United Church of Canada in partnership with Winterlude Ottawa. For over 20 years, Worshiplude has brought youth and young adults together for skating on the Rideau Canal, an evening of worship, communion, and fellowship. Our group (Grades 7-12) will be attending again in January 2025!
