Anyone in the congregation undergoing difficulties receives ongoing care and support, keeping them connected to Trinity. We make sure everyone feels valued and loved.
Support is provided, as needed, to staff and volunteers as they attend to the needs of those in the Trinity community who are in hospital, housebound or in seniors residences.
Committee members make phone calls, send emails, and send cards of encouragement, sympathy and get well to those in need.
Holy Communion is provided to any housebound Trinity members and those in seniors residences.
All those on our Pastoral Care List receive gifts and flowers at Christmas and Easter. They are delivered along with a card from our minister. On Palm Sunday, Easter Flowers and cards are gathered in the church narthex, ready for delivery by Trinity members.
The committee holds monthly planning and information meetings, and hosts workshops and special events.
